Official Charter: November 15, 2009
The Men of the United Methodist Church of Lake Orion began 2009 determined to get a ministry for men established. After months of planning and working towards an official charter with the United Methodist Church, the official chartering ceremony took place on November 15. We have already come a long way and we are excited about the things that lay in our future.
Bi-Monthly Meetings at CJ's
Our bi-monthly meetings have moved to CJ's Cafe, in Downtown Lake Orion. We meet every other Saturday, depending on holidays, at 7am. All men are welcome. Check the calendar for specific dates.
LOUMC Men's Shirts Available
Kirk Ulery has been working with a supplier to create a shirt for the men's group, and are now available for purchase. The shirt is a burgundy, short sleeve polo shirt with the LOUMC Men on the left breast. The price is $22 for small, medium, large, and XL. There will be a nominal premium for 2XL and 3XL.
